  • Order processing internationally
    One focus of your work is the independent order processing. This includes the entire process from the customer order, internal coordination with production, purchasing, storage and shipping, as well as communication with the customer and invoicing.
  • Examination of export regulations
  • Processing of documentary letters of credit
  • Preparation of customs and export documents in compliance with all regulations and, if necessary, specifications from letters of credit
  • Creation of customs and export-related shipping documents and certificates of origin
  • Handling dangerous goods shipments (ADR & IMO)
  • Checking and creation of supplier declarations and preference certificates
  • Master data maintenance in our ERP system
  • Are communicative and have a strong service mentality
  • Are characterized by conscientiousness, a sense of responsibility and organizational skills
  • Have a self-motivated, reliable way of working and a strong focus on results
  • Are curious, creative and persistent
  • Studies with a focus on foreign trade / customs or training in wholesale and foreign trade with subject-specific further training in the field of customs and foreign trade or a comparable qualification several years of professional experience in the field of customs and foreign trade / export
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of customs and foreign trade / export
  • Extensive and up-to-date knowledge of international customs regulations and customs law, in particular goods origin and preferential law
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written English and French
  • Very good MS Office knowledge
