The chemical and physical curing times of our products which are made from reaction resin are, amongst other things, dependent on the air, floor and material temperatures.
The system belongs to class OS 5b (OS DI) and is approved according to the DIBt report for applications that require low but reliable crack bridging - both static and dynamic. If required, an additional coat of VIASAN ColorFlex (1K dispersion) is available.

VIASAN OS5b is particularly suitable for:
• Parking decks and underground car parks (areas at risk of cracks)

VIASAN OS5b all relevant requirements for the structural protection of concrete components, including:
• Crack-bridging (Class B.2 up to –20 °C)
• Expert opinion G-003-25-0005
• Waterproof, tested and confirmed (w < 0.1 kg/(m²·h⁰·⁵))
• Very good CO₂ tightness (sD > 50 m)
• Resistant to weather and frost and de-icing salt
• H2O permeable to diffusion, therefore safe in terms of building physics
• High adhesive tensile strength (≥ 0.8 MPa)
• Color: Gray
• Resistant to fuels, oils and other technical fluids
