Sub-Areas
Horse stables
Horses spend a great deal of time in their stables. The surface should therefore be comfortable and prevent liquids from being absorbed. Easy cleaning helps maintain a pleasant environment and reduces the development of unpleasant odours.
Wash bays
Wash bay surfaces are constantly exposed to water and soap residue. A waterproof, slip-resistant surface prevents moisture from penetrating and provides horses with safe, comfortable footing.
Riding arenas
In indoor riding arenas, a comfortable, slip-resistant surface is essential. Suitable cushioning can help reduce strain on the joints and provide a pleasant feel underfoot. At the same time, the surface must withstand regular use over the long term.
Horse walkers
In horse walkers, horses move regularly and for extended periods along the same track. The surface must therefore provide secure footing and withstand continuous use. For outdoor installations, weather resistance is also essential.
Veterinary clinics
In veterinary clinics, surfaces must be particularly easy to clean. A seamless floor is the best way to prevent dirt from accumulating. Resistance to suitable cleaning agents makes it easier to meet high cleanliness standards.
DLG-certified stable flooring
PRACTICE-ORIENTED TESTING
The DLG test is based on the challenges that horse owners actually face in their day-to-day stable routines. This ensures that the test focuses on what really matters in the daily use of a horse flooring system.
EVALUATED BY EXPERTS
Experienced inspectors evaluate the flooring systems and provide meaningful, independent expert assessments to help select a suitable floor.
FOCUS ON ANIMAL WELFARE
Horses stand on the stable floor all day. A resilient surface that is gentle on their joints provides them with greater comfort and well-being, day after day.
Every area places different demands on the flooring. That’s why we offer a variety of solutions tailored to each specific use.
