Cooperation with the German Tennis Association

The aim of the collaboration is to provide clubs with practical support in planning, modernizing and making their tennis courts sustainable.

Tennis clubs are facing major infrastructural challenges: renovation backlogs, rising care costs, climate change and the desire for year-round court use are putting clubs under increasing pressure. At the same time, the need for long-lasting, low-maintenance solutions is growing. “We see it as our task in the DTB to provide orientation and support our clubs in making viable decisions for their infrastructure,” explains Veronika Rücker, board member at the DTB. “This also includes involving strong partners from the industry and jointly making knowledge, experience and solutions accessible to our clubs.” As part of the cooperation, VIACOR, together with the DTB, will focus on information and education. In order to transport the bundled expert knowledge to the clubs, Viacor will be integrated into selected information and advice offers from the DTB and will also make relevant information available on the vereine.tennis.de platform.
