Due to the special combination of materials based on high-quality polyurea and polyurea hybrid

the system VIASOL DECK spray rapid meets the highest requirements according to class OS 10 and is technically leading in terms of crack bridging and wear resistance.

The extraordinary technical properties only require a three-layer system build-up

consisting of Epoxy resin primer, a spray-applied waterproofing membrane and a hand finished pre-filled wearing layer.

This unique system combination enables lightning-fast processing with just a few work steps. The waterproofing membrane used is based on a polyurea-polyurethane hybrid. With this special combination of materials, the highest crack-bridging values are achieved with a high shore hardness at the same time. As a highly reactive product, it can be overcoated within 2 hours. An innovative "ready-to-use" wear layer is used for this. By pre-filling with a special grading curve, the product automatically creates a non-slip surface.

Time-saving: Half of the work steps are eliminated

The work steps of scattering quartz sand, sweeping it away and the final oversealing, which are obligatory in comparable systems, can be omitted entirely with the ready-to-use“ wear coat. Due to its high-quality polyurea material basis, the product also achieves a particularly high Shore hardness and an extraordinarily high wear resistance.

Parking Abrasion Test (PAT) after 20,000 cycles

The wear resistance of the product is particularly underpinned by the certification of the lowest possible wear class in the practical Parking Abrasion Test (PAT) after 20,000 cycles.
