One of our most important tasks is to nurture our customer relationships around the world. We try as hard
as possible to understand their different requirements and characteristics and, when possible, to fulfil all their needs.
As well as checking and documenting the orders, the team consisting of Christine Ljubicic, Simone Riegel and Sandra Theobald is also responsible for organising the logistics in the respective countries and preparing the necessary documents, such as hazardous goods and customs documentation.
In order to be able to complete these tasks, we need accurate product and systems knowledge as well as up to date information about export documentation in the different countries across the world. It’s vital to have excellent written and spoken foreign language skills, especially in English.
It’s also helpful to be able to speak other languages to make the contact with the customer more personal.
As our products develop and new products are added, the logistics, import and export regulations are also changing. Customers‘ wishes also change which makes working in this department exciting. Every day brings new surprises!
